  • An unboxing video is mandatory. Without it, your return/refund request will not be accepted.
  • Returns without a valid reason will not be approved.

  • The product must be sent back in its original packaging and in safe condition.
  • Once the returned item is delivered to our address, our team will conduct a quality check.
